STEP 2.
Complete Roof Removal & Decking Inspection
We always remove the old roof system down to the decking in order to properly inspect the substrate. It is important to replace any bad wood on your roof systems in order to properly fasten the new shingled roof system as required by Arkansas State Code (R905.2.2). OSB, Plywood, Insulated Plywood and tung & groove is most commonly used to regain a nailable substrate surface per Arkansas State Code. We have teams of skilled professionals that are trained to identify and remediate bad wood quickly and efficiently. We allways make sure that your roof system is up to code.

STEP 3.
Atlas Summit 60 Synthetic Felt Underlayment
Summit® 60 synthetic underlayments are ideal for standard application for steep-slope roof assemblies. They are premium quality synthetic roof underlayments that provide 10 squares per roll, a benefit to wholesalers, shippers and installers alike. Woven scrim synthetic roof underlayment enhances tear resistance and lays flat while guarding against moisture and mold growth.

WeatherMaster® Ice & Water 200 Underlayment
WeatherMaster® Ice & Water Underlayment is a composite roof underlayment designed to provide a secondary waterproofing barrier needed to prevent ice dams and damage from wind-blown rain.
A proprietary fiberglass mat reinforced, SBS-modified asphalt makes WeatherMaster® Ice & Water Underlayment ideally suited for continuous waterproofing protection against ice dams and wind-blown rain year after year. The self-adhesive underlayment creates a watertight barrier by sealing to the roof deck and around nails. WeatherMaster® Ice & Water Underlayment provides excellent traction and protection from UV degradation and weathering thanks to its granular surface.

Pro-Cut® HP42® starter shingles protect the roof edge and provide anchoring power for high wind resistance at the critical eave and rake areas. They protect the roof by filling in spaces under the cut-outs and edges for the first course of exposed shingles, preventing wind uplift.

The Lomanco® Whirlybird® turbines come with a Lifetime Transferable Warranty. Simply put, There is not a better turbine. The turbine design features permanently lubricated upper and lower ball bearings that ensure long life and no maintenance. Other common features of this turbine is its rigid spider-type construction—riveted at every connection and tested to withstand winds of 110 M.P.H. 21 air-foil curved vanes with rolled edges to deflect water, and 100% rust-free all-aluminum construction.

Lomanco® Lo-OmniRoll® Model LOR-30
The Lomanco Omni lor-30 series ridge vent is 30-feet long and designed to allow airflow from all directions and increasing ventilation. It’s advanced design allows for superior airflow to give you maximum ventilation capacity if your home has the appropriate air intake.
The Omni Series Ridge Vent is made to be easy to install right out of the mold. They are designed to fit any roof pitch between 2/12 and 16/12. They feature several pre-defined nail holes and center line marks to make your installation quick and precise. The Omni series also features a fan-folded end plug so there is no need for accessories or alteration to complete the installation.

Lomanco® Static Roof Vents are exhaust vents by design. Each vent's unique design offers maximum weather protection. All Lomanco® Static Roof Vents are available in several colors to blend with your roofing materials. Other common features include a bird-proof design, a weather tight seamed collar, and a high profile and rolled flange on the vent stack for superior weather protection and circulation. The 750 Slant Back roof vent is also available in copper.
